Ben Sheppard: Recording Artist, Song Writer, Worship Leader, Speaker
Ben's Bio

Ben Sheppard was called to a life a music ministry at an early age.  His parents quickly realized that the Lord had blessed Ben with a special and unique musical talent.  Eagerly they enrolled him in piano lessons when he was only five years old.  After 8 years of piano lessons his teacher gave up on him because he played everything by ear instead of by note.

In his early teens Ben started to play the electric guitar and drums, convinced he was going to be a Rock Star for God.  After a couple of years reality caught up with him and he started playing bass guitar as his primary instrument as it seemed like everywhere he played people were looking for a bass player.

As his love for the Lord and his talent grew, he found himself playing on the church youth and adult worship teams.  Gravitating back to acoustic guitar, he was given a few opportunities to lead worship.  Since then his passion and excitement about leading worship has grown .  Even today, he remains faithful to that calling while continuing to expand his musical reach with his just released album “Things I think About”.

Recently, Ben has played and toured with national acts such as “Angel Dean” and has worked with sought after producer and engineer Mike Dresch to record his latest solo project.

His Family is the most important ministry he has and Ben is grateful that they support him in this ministry.  Ben is excited about where the Lord is taking him and his family.
